Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including team members you invite.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive the discount shown on the pricing page. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

GST is added to all invoices for Indian customers. International customers are billed in USD on Enterprise plans by separate agreement.

You agree not to use Makanify to send spam, violate Indian law, infringe intellectual property, attempt to compromise our security, or facilitate fraud. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• No bulk unsolicited messaging through WhatsApp Business API
• No upload of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access without prior agreement
• No use of the platform to violate RERA, GST, DPDP, or any other applicable law

You retain all rights to data you upload to Makanify. We process your data on your behalf as your data processor; you are the data fiduciary under DPDP. You can export your data at any time.

We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding planned maintenance announced 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers receive a separate written SLA with credits for breaches.

Makanify, the Makanify name, logo, product designs, and the underlying software are owned by Makanify Techworks LLP. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the platform per these Terms. You retain ownership of your data.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Makanify is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can cancel anytime from the billing dashboard. We can terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with 14 days' written notice (or immediately for severe violations). On termination you have 90 days to export your data, after which we permanently delete it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion, then via mediation in Ahmedabad, then via courts in Ahmedabad jurisdiction.

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
